Hi, my name is Jonghyun Choi and I am the Head of Fundraising at UNICEF Korea.
PLUS ZERO has been a partner of UNICEF Korea for many years and has helped us optimize our sponsorship performance.
1. Online Donation Path Optimization
We continuously identified drop-off points along the journey of potential donors. By changing or removing content at drop-off points, we increased the conversion rate of donations.

We conducted AB tests with about 5 hypotheses on a regular basis every month and incorporated the proven effective content or feature into the website to improve sponsorship performance.

With PLUS ZERO's data visualization, we were able to see the key indicators needed to run our business.

A project example of creating an environment where you can check key indicators necessary for business operations in one place and identify/improve problems through GA construction and 3rd party data integration of Samyang's e-commerce site.
1. Setting up systematic Digital KPI
Through the implementation of Google Analytics, we were able to check key indicators such as engagement and goals, and set systematic KPIs based on these indicators, which became the basis for service operation.
2. 3rd Party Data & 1st Party Data
Through the integrated dashboard that allows you to compare GA data with search volume, advertising, and review data, such as product search volume and sales volume, advertising cost and sales, and behavioral patterns from entry to completion of purchase, it has become an environment where you can find and improve weekly points.
3. Product strategic planning
The search volume, trends, seasons, and growth curves of major keywords have enabled us to identify effective products, analyze reviews of those products, and plan products and marketing strategies.
Building and internalizing data
We are the digital marketing team at Hotal Shilla.
Through PLUS ZERO's data construction and internalization training on Google Analytics, we were able to check the performance of each hotel brand and branch directly and utilize the desired data.
By identifying the behavioral patterns of customers with high reservation rates for each of Hote Shillal's brands and branches, we are able to plan effective products by brand, branch, region, and customer and use them for marketing.
Through training and coaching on how to utilize GA data, internal employees are now able to extract and utilize the data they want.

In addition to improving hotel reservation performance, Hotel Shilla wanted to understand the behavior of customers visiting the website, what content, products, and services they were interested in, and at what point they felt uncomfortable and abandoned, and improve customer experience.

PLUS ZERO provided training for Hotel Shilla's internal staff to understand and utilize the dashboard, and as a result, they were able to establish strategies and measure performance based on data.

In addition to the internal staff utilizing the data, PLUS ZERO provided strategies for seasonal marketing activities, content, and products that performed well in the hotel category to increase bookings.
